
green chili and tamarind dip

ingredients
7-10 green chilies
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
2-3 mint and parsley leaves
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon jaggery or sugar
pinch of black salt and salt, to taste
directions
Blend all the ingredients into a smooth, semi-thick sauce.
