1 cup penne pasta2 1/2 cups water
1/3 teaspoon salt

1 cup full-fat milk1 1/2 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
5-7 garlic cloves - finely sliced
pinch of salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
pinch of dried oregano
pinch of red chili flakes, to garnish

In a large pot, boil water with salt over a high flame. Add pasta and cook for five to seven minutes or until half-cooked. Place a colander in the kitchen sink and drain the pasta.Meanwhile, heat butter with garlic in a skillet over low-medium flame. When the garlic is aromatic, add flour and cook for a minute. While stirring continuously, add milk, salt, pepper, and pasta. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cook over a low flame for five to seven minutes.
Optional: Broil for two to three minutes until golden brown spots appear.
Garnish with red chili flakes and oregano, and serve hot.
