3-4 medium red onions, sliced
1 cup vinegar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sumac powder


In a glass jar, add red onions, salt, and vinegar. Cover with the lid and shake well.

Refrigerate and ferment for 24 to 48 hours. Sprinkle sumac powder before serving.
