chicken fritters


400 grams chicken mince
2-3 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/3 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ghee or butter, to grill


Marinate chicken mince with cumin powder, nigella seeds, sesame seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, garlic powder, red chili flakes, paprika, and salt. Add cornflour as needed and butter. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Heat a skillet over the low-medium flame. Meanwhile, take 2 tablespoons of the marinated chicken mince and shape into 3x3 inch circles. Lightly grease the skillet with ghee or butter and fry over medium flame for 3-5 minutes each side or until golden brown and fully cooked.
