ingredients

for pasta prep
1 pound spaghetti
12-14 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
for chicken prep
1 cup chicken breast - julienne
1/4 tablespoon crushed red chili
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
for veggies prep
1 large red pepper - julienne
1 large carrot - julienne
1 cup cabbage - julienne
for sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 teaspoon honey
salt, to taste
for garnish
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds
1 scallion stalk - chopped

directions

for pasta prep
Boil spaghetti as instructed on its packaging. Save the pasta water for later use.
for chicken prep
Saute chicken in oil with crushed red chili and 1/2 tsp salt until it is fully cooked.
for sauce
Prepare the sauce in a bowl by adding ketchup, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder, honey, and crushed black pepper.
for tossing
In a wok, toss spaghetti, chicken, veggies, and the prepared sauce on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add the saved pasta water, if needed.
for garnish
Garnish with scallion, sesame seeds, and nigella seeds and serve hot.
