2 lbs boneless chicken, strips2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 tablespoon salt, to taste
1-2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
for coating
2-3 cups all-purpose flour2 cups chilled water
for frying
4-5 cups oilfor seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, ground black pepper, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, red chili powder, worcestershire sauce, mustard sauce, salt, vinegar, and oil. Cover with the lid and refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.for coating
Coat the marinated chicken in all-purpose flour, then in chilled water, and recoat in flour. Squeeze the chicken, to evenly coat the breading, and dust off the excess flour. Rest for a minute or two before frying.for frying
Meanwhile, Preheat oil in a skillet over a medium-high flame.To test the oil temperature, drop a small piece of coated chicken, which should rise with bubbles formed around it and float without turning dark brown.
Fry the tenders, in batches, until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
for seasoning
